FOX ADMENT FM561

FOX ADMENT FM561 is a high rate of water reducing/super-fluxifying concrete additive based on naphthalene sulfonate, which has setting retardant properties, increases the final strength of concrete by giving concrete reoplastic properties.

Public Works Position No: 04.613/1-A3

TS EN 934-2 / Tables 11.1 and 11.2: Provides the requirements for Setting Retardant High Water Reducing / Superfluidizing Concrete Additive.

Complies with ASTM C 494 Type G: Setting Retardant High Water Reducer Superfluidizing Concrete Additive standard.

Usage Areas

  • In pumpless and pumped ready-mixed concrete production,
  • Where concrete transportation takes more than 1 hour,
  • In concrete castings where concrete is pumped to places more than 200 meters away or in concrete castings made to high places,
  • In concrete castings where the ambient temperature exceeds +40°C and the humidity is low,
  • In critical castings where hydration temperature control is desired in concrete (such as mass concrete pouring),
  • It is used in the production of rheoplastic concrete, which can be easily placed on frequently reinforced concrete elements.

Advantages

  • Compared to unfilled concrete, it reduces the amount of water by at least 12% by weight.
  • Compared to unfilled concrete, it provides lower water/cement ratio at the same workability or high workability and easy pumpability with the same water/cement ratio.
  • Minimizes the negative effects of temperature on concrete workability.
  • It allows concrete to retain its rheoplastic properties for a long time.
  • Compared to unfilled concrete, it increases the final strengths.
  • Compared to unfilled concrete, it provides improvement in formwork and gauge surfaces.
  • Concrete; improves other mechanical properties such as impermeability, permanence, shrinkage and creep.
  • FOX ADMENT FM561 does not contain chlorine.
