Usage Areas
- In the production of precast and prefabricated concrete,
- In concrete where early strength is required in winter,
- Construction site concrete pouring,
- In 18 – 24 hour and 28 day concrete production with high strength,
- In the production of self-leveling and compacted concrete,
- In ready-mixed concrete production without pumps,
- It is used in the production of non-segregation, smooth consistency Rheoplastic precast concrete elements.
Advantages
- Compared to traditional superplasticizers (Naphthalene Sulfonate or Melamine Sulfonate), it further increases the early-final compressive and tensile strength, adherence and impermeability to steel of the concrete produced.
- It improves the mechanical properties of concrete such as carbonation, resistance to chlorine ion attack, resistance to aggressive chemicals, shrinkage and creep.
- Rheoplastic concrete with low water/cement ratio, low risk of decomposition and vomiting is obtained.
- It provides early high-strength concrete production even at low temperatures.
- Reduces pouring, compaction and curing time in precast concrete production.
- Increases the efficiency of production.
- It is especially suitable for prefabricated sector and close cast (unshielded) ready-mixed concrete sector and construction site concrete mixes,
- High-quality self-leveling concrete is obtained with the lowest water/cement ratio.
- Makes concrete impermeable,
- Homogeneous and cohesive concrete,
- Particularly high early strength is achieved in concrete,
- Improves the surface appearance of precast concretes,
- It does not contain chlorine.
