Perfect surfaces
Jotashield Solvent-Based Surface Booster Liner is applied to consolidate loose and dusting floors on the surface. It strengthens the surface before the last coat of paint application. Precast concrete penetrates smooth surfaces such as gross concrete perfectly. It is not recommended to use on coached surfaces due to the solvent it contains.
