FOX SEALPLUS FM502, çeşitli özel kimyasallardan oluşan, ki bu aktif kimyasallar sayesinde , taze betondaki su ve çimento hidratasyonu sonucu ortaya çıkan yan ürünler ile tepkimeye girerek betonun gözenek ve kapiler boşluklarında çözünmez kristal yapı oluşturan sıvı kristalize kapiler geçirimsizlik katkısıdır. Oluşan bu kristal yapı sayesinde betonun su geçirimliliği azalır. Fox Sealplus FM502, betonda oluşabilecek 0,4mm.’ nin altındaki çatlakları kendiliğinden iyileştirme ve onarma özelliğine sahiptir.
