Applications
Used in precast and prefabricated concrete production,
In cold climate concrete pouring,
In the production of prestressed concrete with low water/cement ratio,
In places where early formwork removal is required,
In the production of colored precast concrete,
In rheoplastic concrete that can be easily placed in densely reinforced concrete elements,
In concrete pourings produced with zero slump. Advantages
Reduces the amount of water by at least 12% by weight compared to pure concrete, hydrophobic (water repellent)
Provides a lower water/cement ratio at the same workability or high workability and easy pumpability at the same water/cement ratio compared to pure concrete,
Increases early and ultimate strengths compared to pure concrete,
Increases the compressive and flexural strength of concrete compared to pure concrete,
Shortens formwork removal time compared to pure concrete,
Increases the abrasion resistance of concrete by reducing segregation and bleeding,
Increases the resistance of concrete to freeze-thaw cycles,
Improves other mechanical properties of concrete such as impermeability, durability, shrinkage and creep,
Sets in place with less vibration even in heavily reinforced concrete structures,
Contains no chlorine.
