Uses

SikaTop® Seal-107 Elastik is used for:

• Protecting concrete structures against freeze-thaw cycles and the corrosive effects of de-icing salts.
• Rigid waterproofing of foundation walls in new construction and renovation projects.
• Filling pores and small voids.
• Waterproofing foundations and basements.
• Sealing non-moving fine cracks in concrete structures.
• Application before ceramic tiling in bathrooms, showers, terraces, balconies, and swimming pools.
