The 0.40 mm film thickness of FOX THERM-ALL® COAT FT220 Flat coating has the equivalent carbon dioxide (CO2) diffusion resistance of 20 cm thick concrete, and reduces reinforcement corrosion due to low CO2 diffusion.
FOX THERM-ALL® COAT FT220 Flat elongates up to 300% of its initial film thickness.
Has the ability to bridge cracks even at freezing temperatures.
It is flexible, achieving excellent elasticity of 98% in 24 hours.
It is resistant to freeze-thaw cycles.
It has high durability.
It is vapor permeable, allowing the surface to dry easily after application. It is solvent-free.
