SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface where BTM Swell Band will be applied must be cleaned of dust, oil, and foreign materials.

APPLICATION METHOD
BTM Swell Band is removed from the roll, the release paper is peeled off, and the band is adhered to the concrete surface. BTM Swell Band rolls are 15 meters long. When starting a new roll, it should be placed with a 5 cm side-by-side or end-to-end joint. On uneven or rough surfaces, care should be taken to ensure proper adhesion of the band to the substrate.

WARNINGS

• Protect BTM Swell Band from water (rain) until the concrete has been poured.
• Joints should be placed side-by-side or end-to-end; do not overlap them.
• There should be at least 5 cm of concrete cover between the BTM Swell Band and the outer concrete surface.
• For vertical applications, the band should be pressed firmly against the surface for 15 seconds to ensure proper adhesion.

PACKAGING
Available in 15-meter rolls with dimensions of 20 × 5 mm and 20 × 7 mm.

STORAGE CONDITIONS AND SHELF LIFE
Protect BTM Swell Band from water (rain) until concrete placement. Store indoors in areas protected from direct sunlight.
